August 20th, 2016 - I'm excited to introduce listeners to my new favorite "go-to foods". They were created by Guiltless Superfoods founders - grain-free personal chef Lindsey Crouch and personal trainer Daniel Crouch. (Our favorite health scout, Bobbi Vitality discovered them for me.) Now that I have convenient foods brimming with health benefits which I enjoy, I no longer grab junk out of desperation. I'm not hungry until at least the next meal; cravings are gone; and talk about improved regularity! Who would have thought that gluten-free, grain-free & low-carb pizza, bread, wraps, muffins and cookies could be good for us? We also check in with John Willard of Willard Water about a different take on staying hydrated and about minerals in a humic form.
