Nutritional anthropologist, Geoff Bond, is a world-renowned scientist who has extensively researched “forager” societies of the past and present. He is the author of Deadly Harvest: The Intimate Relationship Between Our Health and Our Food and Paleo in a Nutshell: Living and Eating the Way Nature Intended. We talked about what our ancestors ate and how our health would be better if we followed their lead in some ways.
