July 2nd , 2016 Later in the show nutritionist/herbalist Tim Mount and I will answer calls on whatever health and nutrition questions you have. Warm weather increases physical activities like swimming, walking and running (probably in the cooler times of the day), golfing, tennis, volleyball, and even adult games like soccer. Swimming is pretty easy on the joints, but the others might call attention to issues such as runners knee, tendonitis and arthritis. Even if we don't start out with a problem, we want to know how to more quickly recover from exercise and the injuries that can result. So, we will kick things off in the first half by Tim giving us tips on supporting connective tissue structure, joint hydration and cushioning as well as antioxidants and herbal extracts for pain and inflammation.
