May 2nd, 2015 -I started things off with some good stuff that I found in the news. Later in the show popular Chef Dr. Timothy Moore discussed one of his books, 47 Tips to Reverse Your Diabetes. He is an expert in using gourmet food to improve health. In the middle of the show I talked to Hugh Woodward of Twist25 about the many benefits of balancing hormones, especially that pesky stress hormone, cortisol.
