October 26th, 2013 - Kristin Selby Gonzalez is the President/Chairman of Autism Hope Alliance and is the mother of a boy with autism. She has seen him progress from very withdrawn and no language, to a playful and interactive boy who now speaks in five word sentences. Kristin is also the host of the newly released DVD, Let's Go Shopping, Special Food for Special Needs and is the director of autism education for the highly respected enzyme company, Enzymedica. Nancy Lee Bentley is a nationally-known expert in holistic health as well as being a chef, food scientist, nutrition specialist, writer and teacher. She is the author of Truly Cultured, Rejuvenating Taste, Health and Community with Naturally Fermented Foods. Not surprisingly, we discussed fermented foods.
