June 1st, 2013 -Sherry A. Rogers, M.D. returned to discuss her latest book, How to Cure Diabetes. She says: "Yes, you really can. The Journal of the American Medical Association and the New England Journal of Medicine state that taking diabetes medications not only fails to prolong life, but actually increases heart disease, cancers, and Alzheimer's. And compared with taking nothing, they actually increase the risk of death 22%." We talked about the hidden causes of diabetes, and how to reverse the disease. April 13th, 2013 - Our old friend, Dr. Parris Kidd, dug into the marvel that is Curcumin (from the curry spice Turmeric). Then I interviewed Roger Mason about his book, Lower Cholesterol Without Drugs. I didn't remember this from when he was on years ago, but he is quite a character. He made some relatively wild statements such as expressing concern about foods that contain cholesterol. I don't agree with everything he said, but he did make good points and his interview was fun listening.
